OFFBEAT INFORMATION:
"Habit Forming" Is when a medication or action is done by rote creating an unexamined belief that it is necessary.
"Addiction" Is when chemical changes in the brain make something extremely difficult to resist.
"Dependence" is a physical need that can be resisted only with determination and great effort.
Dependence can lead to addiction.
